Pfc Bradley Manning image Criminal Pentagon Withholding Crucial Information in Manning Case judd, Sunday, Jun 24 2012, 11:37pm
Defense lawyers for Bradley Manning are outraged that a clearly BIASED military court has ruled against full discovery; particularly, allowing defense lawyers access to an internal report covering 'damage assessment,' if any, resulting directly from leaked material. The world's leading civilian killing, therefore terrorist nation, seems concerned that leaked material had very little negative impact on national security, a situation that clearly favors Manning -- so, we can't have that material made available to Manning's lawyers! Arriving in a village in southern Vietnam, I caught sight of two children who bore witness to the longest war of the 20th century. Their terrible deformities were familiar. All along the Mekong river, where the forests were petrified and silent, small human mutations lived as best they could.

British NATO bomber preparing for strike over Libya image NATO: A Criminal Globalist Militay Force Vijay Prashad via Captain, Tuesday, Jun 12 2012, 12:20am
NATO went to war in Libya to protect civilians through a U.N. mandate (Resolution 1973). Given legitimacy by the U.N. Human Rights Council and by the International Criminal Court, NATO began its ten thousand bombing missions. It quickly exceeded the U.N. mandate, moving for regime change using immense violence. All attempts to find a peaceful solution were blocked. The African Union's high-level panel was prevented from entering Libya as the NATO barrage began. (story and 1 image)

The railroading of Bradley Manning by the criminal Pentagon continues unabated. Application for dismissal of a number of charges was denied by a very partial military Judge on Friday. It's full speed ahead with Manning's crucifixion.

text Bradley Manning Trial -- clear case of Conflict of Interests judd, Wednesday, Jun 6 2012, 12:23pm
The first thing that strikes those following the Bradley Manning case is the clear case of conflict of interests. It is the military that stands accused of war crimes via evidence that Bradley Manning allegedly supplied to WikiLeaks. Obviously the accused military cannot sit in judgement of the alleged facilitator (Manning) to the accuser, WikiLeaks. In the interests of a fair trial Manning's case must be heard independently, outside the sphere of military influence. Numerous courts in the country are able to hear this case. Manning's lawyers have not taken a vigorous enough stand and DEMANDED that the case be heard by an independent, non-military court. (story and 1 comment)

text Financial Collapse Inevitable -- when is sooner or later? Dr. Paul Craig Roberts via judd, Wednesday, Jun 6 2012, 1:32am
Ever since the beginning of the financial crisis and Quantitative Easing, the question has been before us: How can the Federal Reserve maintain zero interest rates for banks and negative real interest rates for savers and bond holders when the US government is adding $1.5 trillion to the national debt every year via its budget deficits? Not long ago the Fed announced that it was going to continue this policy for another 2 or 3 years. Indeed, the Fed is locked into the policy. Without the artificially low interest rates, the debt service on the national debt would be so large that it would raise questions about the US Treasury’s credit rating and the viability of the dollar, and the trillions of dollars in Interest Rate Swaps and other derivatives would come unglued.

cocainebanknote.jpg image Western Banks 'Reaping Billions from Colombian Cocaine Trade' Ed Vulliamy via reed, Wednesday, Jun 6 2012, 1:02am
The vast profits made from drug production and trafficking are overwhelmingly reaped in rich "consuming" countries – principally across Europe and in the US – rather than war-torn "producing" nations such as Colombia and Mexico, new research has revealed. And its authors claim that financial regulators in the west are reluctant to go after western banks in pursuit of the massive amount of drug money being laundered through their systems. Bradley Manning image Diminutive Poof, Bradley Manning, teaches American 'he-men' Honour and Character Ed Pilkington via dorothy, Monday, Jun 4 2012, 2:02pm
Homosexual soldier, prisoner of conscience and social hero, Bradley Manning, continues to compromise the US military as each day passes. The depths to which the Pentagon has sunk in order to railroad Manning promises to leave an indelible stain on the US military forever; the criminal Pentagon simply CANNOT survive this case in any moral, legal or civilised context. I think it was 'dubya' Bush who once said 'fool me once, I'm an idiot, fool me twice, I'm a moron but fool all the time and I'm an American!

Surely, after gross NATO war crimes in Libya and the obvious proxy assassination of Gaddafi, "we came, we saw, he died," the USA and NATO have no credibility whatsoever regarding 'humanitarian interventions" or as peacemakers. Quite the contrary, the US/NATO create/make WARS for the benefit of their Corporations and Reserve Banking System, which is currently tightening its grip on the global economy and political situation. indefinite_obama.jpg image Welcome to Obama’s Indefinite Military Detention America snowy, Sunday, May 27 2012, 12:46am
State prosecutors, with the approval of Constitutional LAW professor, cocaine snorting, pot smoking, Barack ‘errand boy’ Obama, recently ‘urged’ a female judge (‘onya girl) to lift her ruling against a provision in the NDAA Act for indefinite military detention, which was passed into law by ‘puff, puff,’ Obama. A most curious ‘urging,’ wouldn’t you think? The provision is unambiguously/CLEARLY unconstitutional, yet Obama’s legal henchmen want the Nazi inspired provision to stay! [But bear in mind, “when the President does it, it’s not (Fascist or) illegal!”] (story and 1 image)

America abandoned justice when it legalised torture; so it comes as no surprise that the railroading of Manning is being conducted in secret. Various bodies have requested more transparency, however, all applicants have been placed on a watch list for possible indefinite detention in the near future -- welcome to America, home of the slave, land of the God knows what? text The Criminal Banking System that Controls our Politicians Ann Robertson and Bill Leumer via stele, Monday, May 21 2012, 9:56pm
When homeowners have fallen behind in their mortgage payments, whether because of a job loss or because the interest rates just shot up, the bankers have responded coldly. Led by their economic interests, they set their robo-signers working overtime on foreclosures, forcing millions of people out of their homes. Back during the height of this current economic crisis, when Congress considered passing legislation that would have allowed judges to lower home loans in order to prevent these foreclosures, the banks lobbied furiously and killed the legislation.

PDF Document Federal Court Overrules NDAA Provision Glenn Greenwald via stan, Thursday, May 17 2012, 11:10pm
A federal district judge today, the newly-appointed Katherine Forrest of the Southern District of New York, issued a ruling: one which preliminarily enjoins enforcement of the highly controversial indefinite provisions of the National Defense Authorization Act, enacted by Congress and signed into law by [puppet] President Obama last December. This afternoon’s ruling came as part of a lawsuit brought by seven dissident plaintiffs — including Chris Hedges, Dan Ellsberg, Noam Chomsky, and Birgitta Jonsdottir — alleging that the NDAA violates ”both their free speech and associational rights guaranteed by the First Amendment as well as due process rights guaranteed by the Fifth Amendment of the United States Constitution.” (story and 1 comment and 1 attached file)

The number of times the US and NATO have been directly involved in willful civilian slaughters, war crimes and other heinous crimes against humanity are too numerous to list here; however, simple searches in the public domain furnish numerous instances of NATO/US war crimes and offer abundant evidence.
